Un po' di storia

For the cycle of Cultural Manifestations - MUSAE organized by the Province of Pordenone, he has created various projects and staging of shows which, starting from an intention to recover unknown repertoires and to be re-evaluated and overcoming the cliché of the concert, could be structured on the basis of a fabric including several expressive areas, from theatrical, to dance, to visual-multimedia. In 2005, the staging of the Concerto Leçons de Ténèbres-Motetti for the liturgy of Holy Week (Italian and French authors) for bass and alto and string quintet re-proposed the execution of a sacred repertoire intended for a particular liturgical use of the Holy Week.

The concert The instrumental baroque between Friuli and Venice (2006) with the trio with flute and viola da gamba performed music by unknown authors of the sixteenth century in Friuli and by Venetian contemporaries. In 2007 the concert A Palazzo, with the participation of the Les Cinqpas Dance Group, carried out a project to re-evaluate the instrumental music and ballets of Salvator Gandino and Giulio Mussi, Friulian authors of the first half of the 1600s. In 2008 the Luzzasco Luzzaschi Madrigals were the basis for the realization of the show between theater and music Le Dame di Ferrara with the participation of Claudine Ansermet (soprano) and the reciting voice Franca Fabbri.

For the cycle of MUSAE - Cultural Paths in the Province, in 2010 he proposed by Alessandro Stradella the Cantata Sacra Crudo Mar di Fiamme Orribili for bass and quintet. The concert itself received positive feedback from critics and audiences in the performance at Corpataux-Magnedens - Friborg CH for the Dimanche Musique Festival.

The 2011 Edition of the MUSAE cycle in Pordenone saw the creation of a program focused on Bach: Ich Habe Genug BWV 82 - Bach and the sentiment of Death, in which the famous cantata for bass, strings and oboe, combined with Concerto for Oboe and Telemann strings, gave the opportunity to probe the dimension of the compositional and spiritual attitude of the author in front of the theme of Death.
